Notre condo est un penthouse d'angle de 3 chambres qui est une plage directe et face au golfe avec des vues à couper le souffle. Pas de route à traverser et seulement une trentaine de marches vers l'eau et les eaux vert émeraude du golfe.

La chambre principale a un lit King confortable et un balcon de sortie. 2ème chambre a un lit Queen et une salle de bain semi-privée. 3ème chambre a un lit gigogne avec 2 matelas jumeaux. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit avec un matelas confortable en mousse à mémoire de taille Queen. Au total, notre condo peut accueillir 8 adultes confortablement.

First time Okaloosa Island visitors and we will most certainly return! The low density complex (24 total units) was exactly what we were looking for. The beach wasn't crowded and the provided chairs prevented a lot of unnecessary lugging of tents, but was an option if needed. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 5. The photos don't do it justice. Living space were ample, kitchen was perfect for our needs for the week.There are many fun (and free) events to attend!

38th Anniversary Trip

This is a beautiful property with a wonderful view of the ocean. It is right on the beach so when you walk out the door, you're there. Don was great to give us tips on restaurants and things to do and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

What a view!! Great location right on the beach.

Very nice accommodations with everything we needed for our stay. Kids had a great time playing on the beach and ran back and forth to the pool. Thanks for replacing the broken coffee pot. Owner very responsive to any requests.

Such an AMAZING week! Always goes by too fast. Condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and even more pretty in person. Don was super communicative and was only a text or phone call away if we needed anything. We actually got to meet him and Gina on the beach our last day. Great people! Will definitely be coming back to this place.

We have stayed in several condos on the beach from the huge top of the line to inexpensive. For one to two couples, this is one of the best places we have stayed at. Nice and roomy enough without paying for unneeded space. In excellent condition. Huge balcony and beautiful beach. I highly suggest that you try it out.

Photos dont do this place justice!!!!

This place is absolutely beautiful! When you walk in prepare for your breath to be taken. The views are second to none. Ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. The master and living room both have access to the balcony. Nice size master bath, it is exactly as described and everything in in clean working order. Kitchen is fully stocked with any kind of utensil you may need. The host is absolutely wonderful. He got in touch with me within 15 minutes of booking, sent a welcome email explaining the property and area. Only a 15 minute drive to destin harbor. No crowded beaches and we had the hot tub to ourselves almost every night. I could go on and on about this place. If you are like me and couldnt decide between a few places, this is your place for all the fun and relaxation you need!

The beach just outside my window

The location of this unit was so great, being steps from the beach. We had great views from sunrise to sunset from the balcony and master bedroom. The entry to the beach is a ramp (no stairs) and we appreciated the chairs and umbrella included with the rental through Oct. 31. Okaloosa Island is lovely, with the Emerald Coast’s white sand, turquoise waters and relaxed vibe. The condo kitchen was well stocked with equipment and dishes, and we cooked several meals there. Smart or gaming tvs available in every room and beach toys and chairs were included. The owner was extremely prompt and responsive to questions, and he cared that we would have a good time. Sea Dunes is a small condo building, and most days there was space for us to park in the covered garage (we stayed in October). Pool and hot tub were in good working order, and there was evidence that the premises were cleaned regularly. Tom Thumb convenience store is near enough to stop by for a fountain drink or snacks. The third bedroom is good for kids, since it is equipped with a trundle bed. Washer/dryer in the unit. Ice maker does crushed or cubes and water. Two varieties of coffee maker. All the conveniences. Thanks for a good vacation.

Amazing property and Amazing Owners!!

My family had a fantastic vacation and the condo was perfect! The condo is just as the pictures show and the sand is amazing!! The area is beautiful, and the beach was not crowded. With the complimentary beach service, it was nice to have some shade down by the ocean. When we were visiting, the pool was never too crowded, and my girls had a great time playing in the pool. The other guests were friendly as well and made good company as all the kids played and the adults chatted around the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the view was spectacular! We saw dolphins almost daily, as well as brown pelicans flying all around. Don and Gina were fantastic hosts. They made sure our stay was as good as we dreamed! We were in contact with Don throughout our vacation, and he responded quickly. The trundle bed had come apart, and he quickly offered to have someone fix it. After our vacation, Don visited the condo for his own vacation and even sent me pictures of the repaired trundle! It will not be falling apart again!! I have rented from various owners on HomeAway, and I would say that Don and Gina want to make sure that their guests are comfortable, enjoy their vacation, the location, and get a little piece of paradise while they are staying in their unit! I would absolutely rent from them again, and I look forward to my next stay at the Beachfront Penthouse! Thanks so much for allowing my family to stay!!

Don was the most responsible and attentive host we have ever had. The condo was thoughtfully set up with every convenience they could offer. The view is wonderful, but being able to walk out of the building onto the beach was the best part of our stay. It made everything easy for our family. The chair rental people were right there by the boardwalk, so having their chars and umbrellas made our July vacation easy.There are some great seafood restaurants and a grocery store a short drive away. The water was great. We were there on July 4th week, so there were lots of folks, but it never felt crowded, the beach is so wide. It was a very family friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend this condo for a summer beach week.

My husband and I had a fabulous time at this condo. It was all it said it was. The balcony and the views were outstanding. Don, the host, suggested several restaurants and we enjoyed all of the ones we tried. He also told us about Harbor Walk with lots of shops and restaurants. We are looking forward to returning to this fantastic condo! See you soon.

We have been bring our Family to the Beach for 23 years. We are delighted to be able to share our Beachfront Penthouse with other Families. Some of our most treasured memories are from our Family Vacations at the Beach with our Children and their Grandparents. We hope your Family vacation at our condo is wonderful.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We looked at dozens of condos and fell in love with this Beachfront Penthouse. We are right on top of the Beach looking out on the Gulf. The views from our Balcony are Spectacular with a full 180 degree view up and down the Beach. The Master Bedroom opens out on the Balcony. The second bedroom has a King sized bed and bathroom. Our third bedroom with a pull out trundle bed that sleeps 2 adults. We just love the location on quiet Okaloosa Island yet it is close to downtown Fort Walton and Destin for dining and shopping.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have the highly desirable corner unit on the top floor. We have an eastern facing window that allows morning sun. Our building is quiet with only 24 units.
