Located on the first floor, the flat comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The living room includes a queen sofa bed, offering a cosy and practical sleeping solution for two additional guests.
The open-plan living space is bright and welcoming, with tall sash windows that flood the room with natural light. Warm wooden flooring, minimalist white walls, and mid-century style furnishings create a calm and inviting setting. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including an oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and kettle, while the stylish round dining table provides the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet meal or morning coffee with a leafy outlook.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of ÂŁ40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of ÂŁ60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
