Situated on the 2nd floor in an elevated position, it provides lovely views of the fells across the lake and across Bowness Village. Many restaurants, cafes, shops and bars are just on your door step and just a 5 minute walk to Windermere Lake with the added bonus of free parking.
The Apartment is self contained comprising 2 bedrooms, 1 Living room, Fully equipped kitchen and Bathroom with shower
The Apartment has been renovated and newly furnished to the highest of standards. Clean and modern spacious layout suitable for both couples and families. Only the best quality bedding , duvets and pillows are used with extremely comfortable mattresses and toppers for a good nights sleep. Attention to detail has been given to every aspect of this top quality property from its quality furnishings to appliances and cutlery. This apartment has a no dogs policy so is fresh and clean at all times. Free car parking for the use of residents only is available to the rear of the complex with the added bonus of a pay and display car park to the front of the building.
