The accommodation features a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony.

GROUND FLOOR:
- KITCHEN with sofa, TV, dining table and chairs, induction stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, split air conditioning;
- FULL BATHROOM I with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;
FIRST FLOOR:
- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, rocking chair, chest of drawers, split air conditioning;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, split air conditioning;
- FULL BATHROOM II with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, private entrance, split air conditioning and heating (in the kitchen and bedrooms), iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
In this structure, check-in is carried out in self check-in mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.
N.B. completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 11:30 pm.
