The Home:

The villa is a custom home built by Vantage Homes, an award winning south west Florida builder, it was built to a design created by a small international design consultancy and was handed over in 2025. The villa seamlessly blends all the latest technology with a peaceful local environment and is built to the latest green standards.

The house is in fact a five bedroom home but we have chosen to rent just the four guest bedrooms and keep our own special place within the home to ourselves, it's also handy to store some of our own personal belongings whilst we are not there ! We only rent the home when we are are not there and you will have the full home to yourself, there's lots of space to relax both inside and outside, in addition you've got a very large ±1,000 sq ft pool that's L shaped and nearly 60' long to keep you cool on those long hot days, for the cooler days we also include in the rental price the cost of heating the pool to 80 degrees, we can arrange for higher temperatures for a charge.
