Villa DellAlbero spans two levels, enriched by panoramic views that ensure a continuous connection with the natural Sicilian landscape. The outdoor area is a paradise corner, with a beautiful garden embracing the distinctive dark pool, an elegant feature reminiscent of the deep waters of the Sicilian sea, offering a unique and rejuvenating swimming experience.
The covered veranda, with its enchanting view of the pool and the Mount of Castellammare, emerges as the ideal place to spend most of your time, immersed in the splendor of the landscape. Nearby, a functional outdoor kitchen, surrounded by greenery and complete with BBQ, provides the perfect setting for pleasant outdoor moments.
The ground floor welcomes you with a comfortable living room that flows into a modern and well-equipped kitchen. The living area, featuring cozy sofas and satellite TV, is the ideal retreat for family relaxation. The fully-equipped bathroom on the ground floor, with its high-quality finishes, adds a touch of practicality and style, while a spacious laundry room makes everyday life more convenient.
Moving to the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and one with a modern bunk bed, each with its own distinctive style and modern comforts. The master bedroom is enhanced by a walk-in closet. The study area, complete with a desk and chair, is a serene space for reflection or work, framed by a view that stimulates creativity and inner peace.
The interior of the villa balances neutral tones with color accents, with artworks adding character, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The air conditioning and heating system in each room ensures optimal comfort in every season.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property and all its features, ensuring a comfortable and private holiday experience.
Upon your arrival, you will find everything you need for a short holiday. For a comfortable stay with small children (upon request), we can also provide you with a baby cot and a highchair suitable for babies from 0 to 3 years old.
You will also be provided with a detailed guide with useful information on the villa and the surrounding area at your disposal, and my wife and I will always be available to assist with any needs or questions you may have. We can also offer additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard tours, horseback riding in the countryside, bus tours with a professional guide, or a private chef service at the villa to make your holiday unforgettable.
Since the onset of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have implemented significant changes to our service, including enhancing the tools available to our cleaning team. We also collaborate with one of the best companies in the region for the supply and cleaning of bed, bath, and beach linens that use only EU ECOLABEL products, which are recognized and certified at the European level. All of these measures are in place to ensure a safe environment for you and your loved ones.
To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.
Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).
Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.
Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.
Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.
