Located in a peaceful residential area just 11 minutes drive from the city centre, it comfortably accommodates up to eleven guests and is ideal for large groups and longer stays.

Rainsborough Rise sits in the heart of Dunssindale, a quiet and leafy suburb just east of Norwich. This peaceful residential area is ideal for guests looking to unwind, with tree-lined streets, nearby woodland walks, and a strong sense of community. A downstairs WC adds convenience, and the ground-floor bedroom includes a super king-size zip-and-link bed that can be set up as two doubles, offering flexibility for different guest setups.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a super king-size zip-and-link bed which can be arranged as twin singles, along with an additional single bed â perfect for parents travelling with a child. Youâll also find five further bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with king-size zip-and-link beds, and two more with standard king or double beds. Whether you're travelling as couples, colleagues, or a mixed group, the sleeping arrangements can be configured to suit.
The house has three bathrooms: one family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, a second bathroom with a bath, and an en-suite shower room in the king-size bedroom. A ground-floor WC ensures easy access for all.
