Little Oasis with Sea Views

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This two-storey apartment is in the perfect location in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming for exploring the shores of Start Bay just three miles from Dartmouth. Its clifftop position, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, provides panoramic views over one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the UK. Within walking distance is the award-winning beach at Blackpool Sands, and other beaches along the shores of the bay.

The property is located around the back of the building via steps and pathway with access through double doors into the open plan small but perfectly formed kitchen/living space. At the back of the living space is the ground floor bedroom with double bed and then up the stairs to the second bedroom and the shower room.

The whole property is accessible to the guests.

Please note that there are a number of steps and a sloped pathway to the property.
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am - please do check with guest support if you would like a different time - ask them to contact the local property manager to check as it may be possible during the low season to accommodate you, however, it is very difficult during peak season, but we will do our best if possible. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule.

We have provided 2 sets of keys, one set of keys is in the lock box and one set is inside the property. Once you have gained access, put the lock box keys back so there is always a spare set for you to access the property. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them and there is a £75 call-out fee if you are locked out.

Please respect the neighbours and no loud music after 10pm. No smoking is allowed inside the premises and please lock all doors and windows when you leave.
