Three at Swiss Farm consists of three beautifully designed, individual apartments located side by side â ideal for groups traveling together who still value the privacy of their own space.

The apartments is conveniently situated just outside Henley-On-Thames town centre, located within the Swiss Farm Touring & Camping Site. Additional parking can be arranged by contacting the Swiss Farm reception team. On-site amenities include a charming shop offering local produce and convenience items, as well as The Farm Kitchen Café & Restaurant, where you can enjoy freshly ground coffee, homemade cakes and pastries, hearty cooked meals, sandwiches, snacks, and a selection of soft drinks, beers, wines, and spirits.
The nearest pub is - The Bull on Bell Street â 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk
The nearest restaurant is â Coppa Club, Henley â 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk
The nearest train station is - Henley train station â 5 minute drive

âą Bosley Park Honesty Shop - Visit the Bosley Park Honesty Shop for local produce, snacks and beverages,

âą Early check-ins and late check-outs: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. However, for confirmed bookings, we offer discounted extensions (by adding an extra night before or after your stay) if you'd like to secure additional time.
âą Security cameras: Outdoor security cameras may be present for safety and monitoring purposes.
âą Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.
âą Please be concious and respectful to the neighbours and local area - no loud music, parties or excessive noise is acceptable.

âą Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit is required before your stay. (Note: If you booked via Airbnb, this deposit does not apply)
âą Late check-outs: If you are not checked out by the scheduled time and this causes a delay to the cleaning team, a charge may be applied via your damage deposit, or where applicable through Airbnbâs reimbursement process.
âą Baggage storage: There are no baggage drop facilities available at this property, and we are unable to arrange early baggage drop-off prior to your arrival.
âą Bedding: All bedding provided is hypoallergenic.
âą Guest consumables: We provide an initial stock of essentials (e.g., toilet paper, soap, etc.). Please note that top-ups or refills are not included during your stay.
âą Mid-stay service: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.
âą Bookings: We are unable to share details of our Hosting Holidays (Henley-on-Thames) direct booking site via third-party platforms.
âą Payment for direct bookings: If youâve booked directly through Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.
âą Longer stays: If you require a stay longer than what is currently shown as available, please contact Hosting Holidays Henley-on-Thames directly.
âą Henley Regatta bookings: All stays during Henley Regatta are non-refundable.
âą Pets: If a pet is brought to the property without prior notice or authorisation, a charge will be applied.
