Spectacular six bedroom house with hot tub, games room and large garden in the heart of a pretty Oxfordshire village. Nestled in a private rural spot, Hayward House is a contemporary and comfortable holiday home, easily capable of accommodating up to sixteen guests in style. This spacious house is packed with high-end furnishings, ensuring you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
Let the good times roll in this spectacular house, the perfect size for groups of family and friends holidaying together and looking to relax, laugh and create fond memories that will last forever.
Immaculately styled throughout with tasteful colour mixed with neutral schemes, the property has been kitted out to a high spec, allowing guests to truly relax without having to worry about a thing.
The kitchen is the heart of the home, this modern but welcoming area, has been thoughtfully equipped for large groups. Whether self catering or bringing in private chefs, the kitchen is a lovely space to hang out, sip drinks and enjoy sumptuous feasts at the long, wooden dining table. On summer evenings, take dinner outside on the exquisite sun terrace which has plenty of outdoor furniture for both dining and relaxing in the sunshine. The outside space also has a hot tub, adding an additional slice of luxury for you to enjoy during your stay. For fun for all the family there is an outside games room that features a pool table and table tennis.
During the summer months enjoy a BBQ (charcoal not provided) and lounge in the deck chairs and sun loungers.
In evenings snuggle down on the large sofas in one of the two lounge areas and enjoy the sport or a movie on the large flat screen television in front of the log burner.
At bedtime, there are six sensational bedrooms to chose from, two with en suites with large walk-in showers, and the other bedrooms are just a couple of footsteps away from the large family bathroom.
Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor with a large bay window and sofa this lovely room has a king size bed and a dressing table.
Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor landing, off which are the following rooms:
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has two single beds, a sofa, a dressing table with mirror and a hanging rail.
Bedroom 3: Overlooking garden and fields with a Juliette balcony, this room contains a super king size bed, two armchairs, a dressing table, built in wardrobes and a smart TV. There is an ensuite bathroom which contains a bath, separate walk in shower, toilet and twin wash basin.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom has a king sized bed, built in wardrobe and a dressing table.
Bedroom 5: Perfect for children, this room has two single beds, a smart TV, dressing table and a walk in wardrobe. There is an ensuite which contains a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom 6: A large bedroom overlooking the large spacious garden, this room has a super king bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe.
There is also a double sofa bed in the living room and additional two single Z beds which can be put into any bedroom of your choice.
There is parking for at least ten+ cars on the driveway at the front of the property and there is also a car port for two cars.
Dogs are very welcome to join you during your stay; however, please note that they must not be left unattended at the property at any time
- Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am
- No shoes to be worn in the house
- Quiet hours 11pm to 8am, if quiet hours are not adhered to and we receive complaints from the neighbours you will be asked to leave
- Please do not use the hot tub and garden after 11pm to respect our neighbours
- No parties or events, this is not a party house
- No visitors (please note charges will apply and you will be asked to leave)
- No smoking inside the property
- Guests must be the age of 30 + for group bookings
- We only accept 2 small well behaved dogs
- Music must be played at a respectful level during the day, please no music in the house after 11pm.
- Please pick up all dog mess from the garden and dispose of accordingly in the bins
- Please do not move any furniture to include the pool table.
- Please ensure the hot tub cover is put back on after use
- Please do not try to remove the hot tub cover, it lifts up and stays up rather than coming off completely
- Please adhere to the hot tub rules and regulations regarding daily testing. Testing strips and chemicals have been left in the utility room for you.
- The gardeners may attend during your stay if you are staying on a weekday, please let us know if you do not wish for them to visit during your stay.
- No charging of electric cars at the property
- 1 bath towel per guest is provided however hot tub towels are not
- Please close all windows, turn off the lights and turn off the heating upon leaving the property.
- Please note we have a ring camera facing the driveway.
- There is parking for up to 10 cars on the driveway
- Charcoal for the BBQ is not provided
- Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned after use
- Wood is not provided for the log burner
- Please note if we have a same day changeover the hot tub will not be heated until 24 hours after check in. We legally have to drain the hot tub between each guest and it then takes 24 hours to heat up again.
- Please do not stick anything on the walls or doors as it will take the paint off.
- No candles please as this is against the regulations for holiday lets
- Sorry no confetti or glitter as it takes too much extra time to clear away.
- We have a noise detector device inside and outside the property, please note this only detects noise levels and does not record conversations
