Waters Edge, a duplex apartment, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, a dining area, and a sitting area with TV. The bedroom consists of a king-size bed, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is private patio with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a canal, within 0.2 miles, a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Waters Edge, the perfect serene base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

In 2014, The Sunday Times named Skipton as Britain's "best place to live" and two years later placed it among the nine best towns in Yorkshire and the North-East. Steam railways with regular excursions are available at Embsay and Bolton Abbey, and the Leeds to Liverpool Canal passes through Skipton with the 1 mile long Foulridge Tunnel and the 5-rise locks at Bingley within a short travel. Golf, swimming, squash, tennis and snooker are all available locally and the excellent public transport means the car can be left at home!
