An elegant and tastefully furnished two bedroom terraced cottage in the heart of Lymington on one of the most desirable streets within a stones throw of the shops, restaurants, town quay and marinas. The accommodation is arranged over three floors with a ground floor snug/dining room and first floor sitting room. There is ample space for for a small family or two couples to enjoy a relaxing holiday together. There is a south-west facing walled garden to enjoy alfresco dining.

A five minute walk will take you to the quay where you can enjoy a drink at The Old Ship pub or the artisan coffee shop. There are several good restaurants nearby together with an M&S food hall, Waitrose and Tesco mini market together with a Saturday Street Market. Further afield you can enjoy a walk from Lymington to Keyhaven along the Solent Way or take a drive into the New Forest to visit Beaulieu, Brockenhurst and Burley and explore on foot or hire a bicycle and cycle through the forest.

The railway station is a ten minute walk as is the ferry terminal for access to The Isle of Wight.
Staircase is steep and therefore unsuitable for young children or elderly.

We ask guests to remove their shoes in the house in order to protect our wooden floors.

This is our second home and we respectfully ask you to treat our property with care. Whilst we charge a cleaning fee, any excess cleaning will be charged.

One small dog allowed but please do not allow on the furniture. Any damage will be charged.
