The apartment is located on the Seafront of the Capital City of Malta with the best of views. Upon going out from the apartment our guests will find restaurants and even coffee shop, where the main street of Valletta being at a walking distance.
In the vicinity there is also Museums and many other hot touristic destinations at a walking distance.
Stroll through its narrow streets, discover hidden gems, and immerse yourself in the vibrant local atmosphere. Must-visit attractions include St. Johnâs Co-Cathedral, the Grandmaster's Palace, and the Upper Barrakka Gardens, offering stunning views of the Grand Harbour.
The apartment is fully equipped so it is perfect for both travellers and even people for work travel, both short and long stays.
The bus stop is within walking distance of the apartment making it very easy and cheap to travel. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.
Valletta also offers a convenient ferry service to Sliema and the Three Cities in the southern part of Malta. We highly recommend taking advantage of this scenic mode of transport, as it provides stunning views and a pleasant break from traffic and busy roads.
If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.
For guests who choose to rent a car during their stay, we recommend using the nearby carpark, as most street parking is reserved for residents. If you opt for street parking, please ensure you park in a white box to avoid any issues.

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
