Welcome, travellers to our enchanting penthouse amazingly located in the heart of St. Paul's where you can truly experience the essence of Malta's beauty!

Our home is one of a kind, we could easily welcome 11 guests, and with a large private terrace, a fully equipped kitchen a dining space and 4 large bedrooms, nothing comes close to it making it perfect for both short and longer stay.

The large private terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture.

High-speed WIFI & AC available

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| The living room includes a comfortable sofa, where you can relax and unwind after long days of travelling or maybe you wish to catch up on your favourite shows. It's also a perfect spot for gatherings.

The living area also includes a sofa-bed which can accommodate one more guest, making sure that all linens and towels will be provided accordingly.

The true beauty of this place is the outdoor terrace overlooking the stunning views of St Pauls ! If you enjoy sunsets and sunrise, this space is for you !
You can also make use of the outdoor furniture in case you wish to enjoy your dinner in the summer breeze.

Kitchen| Our fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and amenities, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and kettle. Stocked with cookware and utensils, it's perfect for preparing home-cooked meals and ideal for any length of stay, whether short or long.

Bedrooms| 4 Bedrooms, two of them include 3 single beds while the other two include a double bed. For over an above 10 guests, we can arrange one extra person by setting up the sofa-bed.

Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms, both featuring a shower and a toilet.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

For those who prefer to walk, many local amenities are within a short walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.

Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop is just a few minuteas walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.
Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
