Nouveau sur le marché locatif. Spacieux deuxième étage 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo construit en 2004. 1534 pieds carrés d'espace de vie plus une grande terrasse privée avec des meubles confortables et l'utilisation de la terrasse sur le toit expansive. La propriété est livré avec 2 places de parking couvert, une unité de stockage avec toutes les chaises de plage, parapluie, jouets et planches de bodyboard dont vous aurez besoin. Une douche extérieure fermée. L'ascenseur dessert tous les étages et le toit. Planchers de bois franc dans le salon, cuisine et salle à manger. W2W Tapis dans les trois chambres. Meubles de haute qualité partout. Primaire utilisé comme deuxième maison pour les 10 dernières années, donc la propriété est extrêmement bien entretenue. Belles peintures murales peintes à la main sur des murs sélectionnés. La propriété loue du samedi au samedi. Arrivée à 15h00, départ à 11h00. NOTE: Location à ces 25 ans ou plus. This place has everything!!!!

My family and I could not have been happier with our stay here. This place has everything. From beach towels to kitchen supplies, beach accessories to laundry detergent, cork screws, bottle openers and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Usually you have to bring laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, beach accessories and linens. Not here. A visitor across the street asked if we had a lighter, and this place had TWO! From location, to what is supplied, to ease of rental this place has it all. Rent here, and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic place

We stayed here for a week with another family. 4 kids, 4 adults. This place has a lot of room for everyone. 2 Blocks away from the boardwalk, close to a lot of small restaurant. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. Everyone is very happy with the vacation that we had. Access to the roof is the cherry on top, We weren't lucky enough to see the fireworks as they were cancelled but the spot is priceless. Easy Parking, Rite Aid open 24h on the corner of the street, Mack's Pizza 5 minutes walk away, Central AC , WIFI, Xfinity TV service, Nice TV in the living room and Master Bedroom. Clearly this is a real home and not a unit permanently in rental. Thanks for allowing us into your home !

Lovely beach week

This condo is lovely! 3 nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. The elevator made move in and out very easy. The air conditioner was strong and kept us comfortable on this hot week. It was great to have 2 parking spots and a third shared spot. There were a lot of beach items available in the shed space which we utilized including the beach buggy to hold the beach chairs and umbrella. The balcony was huge and lovely for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We watched the fireworks from the rooftop deck which was amazing, you can see all of wildwood! The owner was easy to contact if needed. This condo is in a great location. It is easy to walk to many great restaurants and the boardwalk nearby. We would stay again!

A Wonderful Week in Wildwood

We had a great stay in this very spacious condo located just one block from the Wildwood boardwalk! My kids were there with us, and we celebrated our grandson's first birthday. The condo bedrooms are separated from the living room area so it was quiet for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked (though we had to buy a collander), and the televisions are all new flatscreens. One of the best features is the very large outdoor balcony which overlooks the pier area and local restaurants. You can hear the distant screams from the riders in some of the gutwrenching rides the kids like. The other tremendous feature is having two parking spaces (and possibly a third one which is shared) which allowed my son to park there along with us. The air conditioning was great, and the internet speed was off the charts. We would heartily recommend this for anyone wanting to stay in Wildwood.

Great condo and so close to the beach!

We stayed the week of 7/4 to 7/11/2020. The unit is perfect for our family. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and nice decor. It is close to the beach and has a nice deck area to sit out on or have dinner. The owner is easy to work with and communicates well. I was really impressed and pleased with the additional cleaning done by the owner to protect his guest from the corona virus. This was our 2nd stay and we plan on coming back again next year! Enjoy!

Wonderful week in Wildwood

We had a wonderful time at this location. The property is beautiful. It had everything you will need. Plenty of storage space. The convenience to everything was perfect. There is a large playground around the corner that the kids loved. We walked the boardwalk every night. My son in law loved the beach cart it was so easy to get everything to the beach. The outside showers were wonderful. The smaller kids thought the elevator was the best thing. I found the convenience of it to be very helpful getting all the stuff in from the car. We plan on making it an annual event. Thanks again Tom.

Wildwood Vacation 8/19

This vacation property was more perfect then I can write. We were very satisfied with the location to beach, park and boardwalk. The elevator was an added plus as my mother has difficulty with stairs. The bedrooms were perfect as well as the open kitchen, dining area and livingroom. The open porch area was a blessing. I would recommend this property 100%

Awesome place

Very nice unit on one floor plan that was great for our 8 months child. Nice big porch to relax after a day at the beach. Nice walking distance to the beach. The beach amenities were greatly appreciated and good quality. The only deceiving thing was that we had to clean both bathrooms upon our arrival. The owners were very kind and did their best to accommodate us. Thank you for the wonderful vacation we had.

Perfect shore house

The condo was the perfect size, and it is super cute. The elevator was not only great for my handicapped mom, but for the heavy luggage too. The elevator takes you to an enormous roof, and the view is spectacular. You can see all of Wildwood. The fireworks are amazing from the roof. I've been to WW many times, and this roof top view was beyond the best we have ever seen. The price was reasonable, and the owner allowed us an early check in. This condo also provided bath and beach towels and linens for everyone. This is huge because we came across country. The beach wagon glided like ice through the sand. They provided beach chairs as well. Mack's pizza was just in reach of a 5 minute walk too. Parking was great. 2 spots in a covered patio. The master bedroom is off the front patio. If you have neighbors, you will hear everything as if they are next to your bed. Our neighbors had many morning conversations on the front door patio. The deck was huge and great. It could use 8 chairs for 8 people staying. It only had seating for 5 and no table. Overall, a fantastic condo. We are definitely keeping this one 1st on our list for next season.

Vacation with all the amenities of home!

My family and I stayed the week of June 29th to July 6th, 2019 in this beautifully decorated, very clean and bright condo. We had a fantastic week! As they say, location, location, location! Before we arrived, the owner Tom was very easy to work with and quickly responded to my questions. My family has been coming to Wildwood for vacation for about 20 years and this unit is clearly the best and most comfortable unit we have rented. The unit is fully stocked with more than enough flatware, dishes and most importantly coffee cups which wasn’t the case in some of our prior rentals. We had everything we needed to whip up breakfast or cook a simple dinner on the grill. Watching the fireworks on the roof on July 4th was amazing. What a view and so relaxing without the crowds or parking to deal with. I strongly recommend this unit for your next Wildwood vacation. We plan to come back again next year. Maureen Flotard

All we could ask for, and more!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We have been to Wildwood at the very least 35/40 times, and this place is our favorite. The unit is very clean, very well maintained, sheets and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equiped, and in the storage there is plenty of chairs, umbrella, etc that we can carry in the beach cart, which makes things so much easier! Easy walking distance from the beach/boardwalk. And we enjoyed our time on the very large and private balcony. Plus, we appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the owner, who gave us all the information we needed and more. We will surely return.

Beautiful and immaculate condo. Fantastic location and easy walk to the beach.

Our family had a wonderful time. This was our first time in Wildwood and we couldn’t have picked a better location. The condo was immaculate and was equipped with everything one would need on a beach vacation. The beach cart made loading up for a day on the beach a breeze. We loved sitting out on the porch, the boardwalk and the fact that many great restaurants were within walking distance. We would highly recommend this location for families and we hope to return next year!!

Our stay at the New Orleans condo unit was fantastic. Everything was in close proximity and made it much easier to travel to beach and other activities with two small children. Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay. The rental was clean, organized and had way more than we expected (Cleaning supplies, kitchen cooking supplies, linens and beach supplies). Traveling with two small kids, this made such a difference in our comfort and relaxation. The location was really perfect, within walking distance of everything and a short, easy walk to the beach every morning. The cafe across the street was a nice perk— great food just a few steps away! Overall had a fabulous time and the owner was wonderful to work with the whole time. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed many family years at this location however when the grand-kids started adding up needed a larger home and converted this to a rental. A lot of the furniture is new in the past two years. A great location for a fun family vacation!!
