Upon entering the villa, you will find an entrance room with a convenient wardrobe for your belongings. Moving through, you reach the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at your leisure. Beyond the kitchen lies the spacious living area, designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa and a 43 Smart Satellite TV for your entertainment. The living space effortlessly flows into the outdoor pool area, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience and allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty surrounding the villa.


The property features one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, where comfort meets luxury. The bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan and a 43 Smart Satellite TV for your enjoyment. The ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower, provides a tranquil space to refresh after a long day in the sun. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the private pool area, where you can take in breathtaking sea views right from the comfort of your room.


Outdoor Facilities
Step outside and immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of the private outdoor swimming pool. This spacious pool area offers plenty of room for swimming and lounging, with sun loungers for those who prefer to bask in the sunshine. For outdoor dining and entertaining, the villa features a BBQ area with a gas BBQ and sink, allowing you to enjoy al fresco meals with ease. The pergola-covered area provides shade, while the comfortable sitting and dining space for two ensures that you can enjoy meals or simply relax while taking in the spectacular surroundings. Lastly, a private parking space for one car is also available for your convenience.


Vala Luxury Villa A is part of a two-villa complex named Vala Luxury Villas, which includes two villas: Vala Luxury Villa B (1 bedroom) and Vala Luxury Villa A (1 bedroom). where each villa is built to offer privacy while sharing the same stunning location. The complex is built on two levels, with Vala Villa B on the first floor and Vala Villa A on the ground floor. Each villa is designed to provide its own separate facilities and amenities, ensuring both privacy and luxury.


From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8EUR per night/villa from April to October and 2EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
