Indoor Facilities
Step into Valla Luxury Villa II, a chic 50 sqm living space perfect for couples. The stylish living area comes complete with a comfortable sofa and a 43 Smart Satellite TV for ultimate entertainment. Natural light floods the space, and the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living makes the most of the breathtaking surroundings. The living room offers direct access to the private pool area and a sea-view balcony with a dining table, where you can unwind and enjoy the refreshing breeze. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare your meals with ease.


The villa features one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed offering luxurious comfort for a restful sleep. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, a 32 Smart Satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. From this serene retreat, you can step directly onto the private balcony, where you can soak in panoramic sea views that promise to captivate and rejuvenate you.


Outdoor Facilities
The highlight of the outdoor area is the private outdoor swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or simply lounging by the water. For sunbathing, there are sun loungers to shield you from the sun. A BBQ area with a gas BBQ and sink allows for al fresco dining, while the pergola-covered area provides a shaded space for relaxation. Vala Luxury Villa B is part of a two-villa complex named Vala Luxury Villas, which includes two villas: Vala Luxury Villa A (1 bedroom) and Vala Luxury Villa B (1 bedroom). where each villa is built to offer privacy while sharing the same stunning location. The complex is built on two levels, with Vala Villa B on the first floor and Vala Villa A on the ground floor. Each villa is designed to provide its own separate facilities and amenities, ensuring both privacy and luxury.


From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8EUR per night/villa from April to October and 2EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
