As you approach the house, you'll be greeted by a beautifully landscaped yard. The house itself boasts a classic architectural karpathian style with a combination of stone and wood, creating an inviting and warm ambiance. A spacious front porch adorned with comfortable seating invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Step inside, and you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area that seamlessly connects the living room, and kitchen. The living room features a corner built sofa, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the area. The stone sofa can be used also as a bed for a third guest. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. Our house features one well-appointed bedroom, designed with your comfort in mind. The bedroom boasts a double-size bed. High-quality linens, soft pillows, and ample storage space are there for you. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with high-end brand-new appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils and cookware you'll need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're whipping up a breakfast, lunch or a dinner, this kitchen has you covered. The bathroom in Sea La Vue is designed to provide a unique refreshing bathing experience. It showcases elegance and sophistication with a curved built shower, where you can indulge in relaxation and pampering. Luxurious bath products, high quality cotton towels, and soft bathrobes are provided for your comfort and convenience. Step outside into our private yard, you'll find a spacious traditional patio threshing barn (in Greek is called "alona"). There you can enjoy the views of the picturesque surroundings and sunset. Alona is also the perfect spot for relaxing during the daylight or having a glass of wine in the evening with your beloved ones.
The landscaped backyard field offers a tranquil environment with grape plants, and fig trees. There you can pick bio-figs and grapes.
