Aloe Cottage is situated in one of the most sought after locations in Rock, offering breathtaking views across the Camel Estuary. This charming three storey cottage has been thoughtfully refurbished to blend coastal elegance with modern comfort. With seaside-inspired interiors, three lovely bedrooms, a sun-soaked patio and an enviable position just steps from the Sailing Club and The Mariners pub, this dog-friendly retreat is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Rock, Polzeath and beyond.
Step inside and you'll be welcomed into the sitting room, where natural light pours in through large windows, showcasing stunning estuary views. The inviting space features relaxing furnishings, a television and a decorative fireplace, creating a cosy environment to unwind.
The kitchen is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The dining table comfortably seats six, creating the perfect space for shared meals and family gatherings. For added convenience, the utility room comes with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The ground floor also features a wet room, ideal for freshening up after a day at the beach.
You'll find bedroom one on the first floor, boasting a king-size bed, spectacular estuary views, and a large window seat, making it a peaceful retreat to relax and enjoy the scenery. On this floor, you'll also find a family bathroom with a bath, shower, WC, and wash basin.
The second floor features two further bedrooms, bedroom two is a twin room with stunning views over the estuary. Bedroom three offers a small double bed tucked beneath the eaves, please note that the bed in this room is positioned within an alcove and can only be accessed from the foot of the bed, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Outside, Aloe Cottage boasts a southwest facing front patio with an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining while soaking in the views of the Camel Estuary. While the lovely bench beckons holiday reading and morning coffees as boats drift by. This characterful home is ideally located just moments from the Sailing Club, The Mariners pub, shops, restaurants, and the ferry to Padstow, making it a fantastic choice for anyone wanting to explore the best of Cornwall.
