Shared by all guests are the swimming pool and solarium, large spaces equipped for relaxation, gazebo with work area and printer, coffee maker, electric kettle, outdoor showers, car charging station etc.
Breakfast included, to be eaten at an affiliated bar. Pets allowed.

The accommodation with luxury rooms and swimming pool is located on the outskirts of Galatone, an ancient town in the immediate vicinity of Gallipoli, from which it is just a 15-minute drive.
Galatone`s historic center is a treasure trove of ancient architectural beauty, as are the beautiful historic centers of the nearby towns of Nardò and Galatina.
Galatone offers all the main services. The sea is just 7 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 2pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.00 am to 10am). 
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bed linen, each 4 days
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, each 3 days
- Tidying up of accommodation without change of linens/towels, for day
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00, at an affiliated bar. 
- Shared Pool available all year long.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
