2 exceptionally stylish, larger-than-average apartments that sleep up to 16 guests on the iconic Bristol harbourside.

These apartments are fully equipped with all the necessities needed for a perfect home-from-home trip.

Our apartments are located at the historic end of the harbour, next to Underfalls Yard, Ashton Court and The Avon Gorge.

"Strictly no smoking allowed. Failure to do so you will be charged £150 for each violation. We have minute smoke detectors in the property

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the check-in date and receive a full refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will be non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.

We recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.
Please note there are 4 sofa beds which are not suitable for long stays they are suitable for short weekend groups

Guests have access to the whole property throughout their stay. Our professional hosting team will be on standby from 8:30am until 11:00pm 7 days a week to assist with any issues

No damage deposit is required for Airbnb bookings
