Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located at the beach in Torcross, Devon, this is the perfect location for a family holiday. And with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a cloakroom, there is plenty of space for multi-generational families to come and enjoy this fantastic Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Enter from the beach side on the ground floor and walk through to the open plan living room, kitchen dining space with access to the utility room with WC or to the rear decked patio with outside seating, parking space and views of Slapton Ley.
From the hallway climb the stairs to the first floor and two kingsize bedrooms, one en suite and the main bathroom. Up the next flight of stairs to the third kingsize bedroom and the twin room with Jack and Jill bathroom.
With stunning views of the beach at the front of the property and the Ley at the rear, this property truly is a wonderful place to stay. And with a parking space too!
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
