Other Things to Note:

The heated pool is operational from November 15 to April 30, with the water temperature maintained between 27°C and 30°C depending on the weather. During extreme weather or technical issues beyond the owner’s control, temperatures may vary.

The air conditioning should be used responsibly. Overuse, such as running it with open doors or windows or setting it extremely low, may result in deductions from the security deposit.
