Ce mignon, récemment mis à jour, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain est entièrement meublé et dispose de tout le confort d'une maison dans un cadre paisible dans les monts Ozark. Il a été mis à jour avec un nouveau fauteuil et canapé en cuir dans le salon et une grande télévision à écran plat avec son surround. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une télévision par câble sont incluses. Il y a des appareils plus récents, y compris une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Situé dans la communauté fermée de Pointe Royale, à seulement 5 km du Strip et à 1,5 km de la plage de Moonshine au lac de Table Rock. Le terrain de jeux et le Doggie Park sont à côté du lac Taneycomo, qui est à environ un tiers d'un mile de la copropriété.

Ce condo est situé dans le bâtiment juste avant d'arriver au Clubhouse, vous pouvez donc facilement vous rendre à pied aux piscines et autres commodités. This was the cleanest and most comfy condo. The 2 bedrooms are very big as are the bathrooms. The property itself is very very well kept and a great location. Very friendly people and very quiet. Will definitely book again.

Great little place to stay

The amities were great. Host was very helpful. We arrived and one of the toilets was missing a seat so we called the host to report it. It was fixed the next day by 9am. We would definitely stay here again!

Good Golf community

Overall, the place was clean and well arranged, and we had a great time. This is a dog friendly place, and one can take them for a walk almost anywhere. I was disappointed with the location and condition of the dog park, as it was a bit far by foot and there was no car parking available, probably on one of those check boxes to fill. We are not golfers, but I can imagine anyone would enjoy it more. If we ever visit Branson, we may consider doing the same another time.

Had a great time

The reviews are accurate. Small tvs in the bedroom, super loud fan in the master bath, but we knew that before booking. We had a great time. Kim was quick to respond. We were pleasantly suprised to find two fold out cots in the closet and an air up bed. The condo can definitely work for large families or siblings that dont like sharing beds. Pool was so fun for the kids the parking was convenient, having a washer and dryer was amazing. We brought our 14 year old dog. So grateful he gets to come too. Thanks!

Get a way weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We had some issues getting the TV set to broadcast the regular channels on the network. I did finally get it resolved after tracing the HDMI cables which had been hooked up wrong(probably from the previous guests & to no fault of the property owner). The only reason that we gave the property a 4 star rating is we saw some ants & a couple of small bugs inside the condo. Probably need to get an exterminator in. Other than that everything was fine.

Good, but could have been better.

The condo was easy to locate. The property manager was Fantastic in communicating with me. Very clean, well supplied with everything we needed. Now for the Negatives. The fan in the Master bedroom needs to be replaced. Sounds like a plane taking off. 2. The thermostat would go heck to its default setting of 60 every 4 hours. This was a big issue. We would leave for a show or etc and return to a cold condo. I had to reset to 74 twice each night. Not Good!! I did not attempt to reset the thermostat for fear of losing it all together. That about it.

We chose this condo because it was close to where we needed to be and it worked out great. The only thing that we didn’t like was the TVs in the bedrooms were small compared to what we are used to. That’s minor as long as a place is clean.

Nice neighborhood. Easy and convenient!

This had everything we needed. Thank you for the coffee in the fridge! Another review mentioned noise, so keep in mind this is a condo. We had a couple of little guys above us that raced across the floor alot, but when they left it was so peaceful! We would stay here again!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed staying at the condo. Everything was clean and well cared for. The kitchen had just about anything that might be needed. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my morning walks - Pointe Royal is a beautiful, quite community. We also enjoyed the pool. Overall we were quite pleased.

Worst Branson Trip

Upon arriving to the Condo we did a walk through. The master bathroom still had soap scum in the bathtub around the jets. Kim was very responsive and offered to get someone out there. The bed was so uncomfortable our kids slept on the floor the second night and my husband an I took the recliner and couch. This is like a small apartment- the people above us were so loud they woke us up on the second night at 4am...sounded like a herd of cows.... the checkout time is a little earlier than we liked and you do take out your own trash and wash your towels... which seemed odd to us for other places we stayed as that is what the housekeeper is for. This Condo is more for the older generation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. First and last of renting a condo. I feel it is based off preference for us. It just wasn't very private. When standing on the balcony the neighbors are staring right at you. The most annoying thing was turning on thr light in thr master bath and hearing the fan run the whole time.... TV in bedrooms are really small. Kim was very nice.

Tasha I am really shocked to hear how bad your experience was and I must say your review was the worst review I have had for this condo ever. I don't understand if the tub was so dirty then why you wouldn't allow my housekeeper to make it right. I know the tub was disgusting when you left and all the dog hairs you left behind was unbelievable. Taking out the trash and starting a load of towels is totally normal in the condo rental business. My housekeeper almost always gets great reviews and she gets quite a few tips too. We noticed both the beds were used and there were stains on the pillow cases in the smaller bedroom. The bed in the guest bedroom is brand new and I have had great reviews about it being so comfortable. When you stay in condos there is always a chance you will hear something that's just how it is in condo living. We have been renting this condo for about 7 years and we get all age groups that are even repeats. I am glad you were able to bring your dog and hopefully he liked the condo and enjoyed himself. I hope you enjoyed all the great amenities at the resort. Thanks, Kim
