GUNNER LODGE, family friendly, with hot tub in Chapel-Le-Dale
Gunner Cottage rests in Chapel le Dale and sleeps nine in four bedrooms.
This detached cottage consists of four bedrooms including a ground-floor super-king-size, two super-king-size and a family room with a super-king-size and a sofa bed, all of which have en-suite shower rooms. There is kitchen with a gas range cooker, microwave, wine chiller, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a living/dining room with a Smart TV, Freeview, DVD, PS4 and games, Sonos Sound System, selection of books, games and DVDs, a pool table, and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with a hot tub, furniture, barbecue and a fire pit. A travel cot, highchair and starter pack for the woodburning stove can be provided on request, but please note the starter pack is an additional fee of £10. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and Superfast WiFi are included in the price. A shop can be found within 7.5 miles and a pub within 1,5 miles. Gunner Cottage is a superb retreat for a family break to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Note: The dining table can seat eight or nine with an additional fold-up chair or stool. Note: The ground floor is level are there are no internal steps other than the staircase leading to the first floor; there are no steps leading into the cottage. Please note: Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property; if electric charging is detected a charge of £100 will be deducted from the good housekeeping bond. Permission has to be sought from the owners for the setting off of Fireworks

Multi-functional pool table, transforming into a stylish dining table for memorable gatherings. Enclosed garden featuring a lush lawn, an inviting patio with a luxurious hot tub, comfortable furniture for lounging, a barbecue for al fresco dining, and a fire pit for cosy evenings under the stars. Practical additions include an outside drying area and hairdryers as standard. Off-road parking is available for up to four cars, ensuring ease of access. Family-Friendly: Cot and highchair provided upon request, catering to the needs of younger guests. Essential Information: Provisions Available: Fuel, power, and starter pack for the woodburning stove and fire pit are available at a nominal fee of £10 per bag. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental package. To maintain the pristine surroundings, the property is strictly pet-free and smoke-free. Fake tan is not permitted to be used in the hot tub, the good housekeeping bond will be retained if used to reimburse for the cost of draining, cleaning refilling. This property has a £500.00 Good Housekeeping Bond. EV charging is not permitted at this property. Nearby Attractions: The property is conveniently located, with a shop just 7 miles away and a pub a mere 1.5 miles from your doorstep - serving food and drinks. Steam trains pass by on the Ribblehead Viaduct, and you’ll be just 1 mile from the local railway station, Ribblehead Railway - ensuring accessibility to amenities and local attractions. Please note: bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be a minimum of 4 nights and the owner cannot accommodate check-in on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. Town: Situated in the heart of the famous Three Peaks, Chapel-le-Dale is a small hamlet consisting of the Ribblehead Viaduct, a railway station, a famous pub and a scattering of small farms and dwellings. The surrounding countryside of Ribblesdale is magnificent, offering the ideal location for fell walking, with the famous Three Peaks Walk, Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough offering some of the most challenging walks in the country. The famous Settle to Carlisle Railway passes through the hamlet and has some of the most beautiful and inspiring upland scenery in the country. The Ribblehead Viaduct, completed in 1870 is a magnificent structure and the sight of a steam train passing across the top is one not to be missed. The attractive village of Ingleton offers a good range of shops, pubs and places to eat. The centre of the village is pretty with narrow and winding streets, centered on a tiny market place. The village's well known White Scar Caves (a short walk away) are open to the public and have a dazzling display of stalactites and stalagmites, caverns and a huge underground lake. The Ingleton Water Falls Trail is a short walk downstream. Natural attractions such as Malham Cove and Gordale Scar are within easy reach, as are the nearby Dales towns of Hawes and Malham, as well as Kirkby Lonsdale and beautiful Dentdale. The entire Yorkshire Dales National Park is on the doorstep; Lake Windermere in the Lake District is 40 miles away.
