Town: Blagdon is a friendly village and civil parish in the northern part of the Mendip Hills AONB. Boasting no less than 17 listed buildings as well as a 15th century church, it holds much interest. To the northeast of the village there is the Blagdon Lake where you can fish, also nearby are the Organic Gardens and a Yeo Valley dairy with a café. The Mendip Hills abounds in scenic walking and cycling country to make the most of.
