𝟐. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭
• A security deposit of € 500- is required and will be refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage or rule violation.
• Any damages, or excessive cleaning required may result in deductions from the deposit.
𝟑. 𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲
• Maximum occupancy: (as indicated in the “sleeps”).
• Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
• No unauthorized parties or events. The property is rented for holiday use only.
Any violations of these terms will result in immediate termination of the
rental agreement, and no
refund will be issued.
𝟒. 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬
• Smoking: Not permitted inside the property. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
• Pets: Not allowed.
𝟓. 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥
• Please keep the property tidy and return furniture to its original position.
• Do not wash bedding or towels – our housekeeping team will handle this.
• Rubbish should be disposed of in the designated bins and be removed daily
to avoid pests.
• Upon departure all rubbish must be removed from the property. If this is not done an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros will be deducted from the
deposit.
𝟔. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲
• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not registered in the booking.
• In case of emergencies, contact emergency numbers provided and inform the host.
𝟕. 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Please be mindful of electricity and water usage. Turn off lights, AC, and
appliances when not in use.
𝟖. 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any issues immediately. Failing to do so may result in liability for additional damages.
• Lost keys may incur a replacement fee, which will be deducted from the deposit.
𝟗. 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
• The renter is responsible for securing travel and health insurance. 4YOURHOMEes and the property owner are not liable for any accidents,
injuries, death, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the stay.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or property damage beyond the owner’s control, 4YOURHOMEes will refund the security deposit and any advance payments if the property becomes unavailable. However, the renter is not entitled to any compensation for the resulting inconvenience.
𝟏𝟎. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬
• Please respect quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
• No parties, loud gatherings or any disruptive behaviours towards the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.
