Passez votre prochain voyage avec vos amis et votre famille dans cette maison de près de 4000 pieds carrés. Certains des détails de cette belle maison comprennent: terrain de 1/2 acre, nouvellement construit, piscine au sel et spa à l'intérieur de l'enceinte grillagée, propriété au bord du lac, grande baignoire autonome en maître, cuisine spacieuse avec appareils en acier inoxydable et beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir. L'allée extra longue a des tonnes d'espace pour garer vos véhicules. 25 minutes en voiture du complexe sportif USSSA, 1 heure en voiture de l'aéroport international d'Orlando, 1 1/2 en voiture des parcs Disney et 20 minutes en voiture de plusieurs plages.

Bien que je veuille que vous profitiez de votre séjour au plus haut niveau, vous devez également être respectueux de cette communauté paisible et calme. Ce n'est pas une maison de fête, donc les bruits extérieurs excessivement forts et les invités se garant dans la rue ne seront pas tolérés. Si vous souhaitez pêcher (pêcher et relâcher) dans le lac, vous devez le faire uniquement sur ma propriété directement derrière la maison. Aucune activité nautique motorisée n'est autorisée sur le lac dans cette communauté. Soyez prudent lorsque vous êtes autour ou dans le lac et ne laissez pas les petits enfants ou les animaux de compagnie s'aventurer près du bord du lac.

Veuillez être extrêmement prudent lorsque vous utilisez la piscine. Les enfants doivent être surveillés à tout moment dans et autour de la piscine. Les clients assument tous les risques associés à l'utilisation de la piscine et du bain à remous.

This is a large and very nice house in a great location. The house sits on a large lot overlooking a lake in a quiet neighborhood. There is almost no traffic around the house. The view from the pool patio is awesome, especially in the morning for sunrise.We were a party of 3 couples and there was plenty of space with room to spare. This house could easily host larger groups then we had.The amenities were great with a washer dryer and dishwasher that made housekeeping easy. The kitchen is well stocked and large. The pool and hot tub were great, especially since the pool had a deep end which is rare.The host was gracious and attentive.

Wonderful stay in Grant-Valkaria!

This property was wonderful for our family time. The house was exactly as described, pool area and lake were fun bonus areas. Communication with the owner was easy, responses usually received within one hour. Definitely recommend staying at this property!

Great for family gatherings!

Property was better than advertised. It was ideally set up for our family that had come to celebrate a 80th birthday with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was great- easy drive to beaches, restaurants and only 30 min from Vero airport. Lots of towels were provided which is a super plus. The pool and hot tub were great and the host Cindy immediately responded to any communication. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay

I couldn't have asked for a better getaway. There was plenty of room for me and my family and everything is just as it's shown on the pictures. I will definitely recommend and look to book again myself!

We had 15 people ranging in age from 6-68 and everyone had a bed. Accommodations were comfortable. One bedroom downstairs for the older couple and all the rest slept upstairs. Pool was comfortable and we used it just about every day. Would rent again

Great Property

This house was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and they even left snacks. The check out process was super easy. The only complaint we had was having to pay extra to heat the hot tub and then did not have the ability to turn it on and off without contacting the host.

The home was more than can be seen online, the attention to detail was wonderful, more than enough room for a large get togethers like we did Christmas Day and early evening, the grand kids loved the pool as so did I and everyone else, couldn’t as for a more perfect time for family and friends to get together, so wonderful, host made everything very easy, All spelled out, and a wonderful time, thank you so much for our family to get together on a wonderful holidays, Thank You, we definitely refer this property and the host, Happy New Years and Thank You Bery Much

Fishing in Fellsmere

This house is great and Cindy is excellent to work with. We were a group of 5, we each had a room to our own with one bedroom to spare. I would highly recommend this property, we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after fishing all day. No need to dine out, the kitchen, living room and pool area is great area to hang out for cocktails and food prep. We will book again.

Home is amazing

Cindy was outstanding ,her communication was the best . the home is perfect nd so we’ll stocked .The house fit my entire family from out of town for my daughters wedding .Slept 14 people very comfortably. The home and Cindy made the wedding even more special .I cannot thank you enough Cindy!!!!!

Overall stay was good. Beautiful house located on the lake. Plenty of room for guest. The host was hospitable. Lots of rules. The only thing I did not like, was calling the host and asking them to turn on the hot tub but they were very punctual when asked. Good times

Great Family Gathering

Our stay was amazing! My grandmother recently turned 100, so we were visiting Florida to celebrate her birthday. There were 13 of us staying in the house with ages ranging from 13 to 78. Everyone raved about what a great find the house was. The layout of the house was wonderful, the pool and hot tub were refreshing, the view of the lake was calming, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We celebrated my grandmother's birthday at the house and loved that there was a leaf to expand the dining room table for us all to eat around. Communication with Cindy was excellent! She was always quick to respond, especially when we needed the hot tub to be heated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and everyone in the family was pleased. Thank you, Cindy!!

Wonderful memories!

We spent a wonderful week at this home, with extended family members, celebrating our son's wedding. When we weren't off exploring the area and attending wedding activities, we were by the pool. It is a beautiful place to watch the sunrise and it is shaded during the heat of the day. The house is beautiful and comfy. It is so large that no one was awakened by noise from other family members. Early risers got coffee and breakfast by the pool and the late risers were able to sleep in. The owner was so attentive. I had a number of questions since we were traveling with several elderly family members. She responded quickly to all of my inquiries. We were very impressed with her timeliness. We have so many wonderful memories and wouldn't hesitate to book this home again.

Pool gathering without a Pool

Pool was green upon arrival on Wednesday and wasn’t useable until Saturday. Friday while using the outside patio around a green pool Painters arrived asking if we could go inside for them to paint the poolside section of the house. We asked the owner if they could come on Monday as we were leaving a day early due to such poor accommodations and they insisted we allow the painters access. Pool lights are controlled by the owner and they are aware they do not work properly. So many issues with how we were treated. Suggestion by owner was that we cancel and book elsewhere. Ages 18 to 85, arriving from 4 states via car and plane and that was the solution offered. We were stuck in this situation and at the mercy of their pool person who made it clear to us we were not a priority and even asked us to tip him while he was there. We had looked forward to this trip for nearly a year and made the best with what we had to work with but it wasn’t what we paid for nor were promised from the posting information on this property.

Stacey, it was very unfortunate that in the 6 years I have owned this home that this was the 2nd time it had ever turned green and that you all were there to have to deal with that when you arrived. I have apologized to you profusely about this and did everything in my absolute power to get that pool back in working order from the day you all arrived and I was pleased that you all were ultimately able to use the pool the last few days of your trip. I did my best to accommodate your requests, even heated the hot tub for free for the entire stay. I did not initially want you to cancel and rebook somewhere else but I only offered that after you and your husband called and texted me upwards of 20 times a day with how upset you were when the pool did not miraculously turn blue after one treatment. Getting the green out of a pool is at least a 2-3 day process as opposed to what you may have thought. Also, as I explained to you while at the home, my maintenance of my home has to continue sometimes when guests are present, so the painters painting outside had a time frame that they had to finish within and you telling them to come back another day was simply uncalled for. I simply could not have done anything else to make you and your husband happy and even though you all claimed to have loved the "house", the pool being green the first few days ultimately seemed to make your trip unbearable. Regardless, our offer still stands if you'd ever like to rebook with us in the future, I am happy to allow you all to stay at our home with a pool that will not be green. By the way, I would appreciate you being more honest in the review by not making it out to seem like you left a day early because of the pool...you had already made up your mind to leave early from the first day and the pool was blue a few days before you left.

Wonderful lake home

We had family coming to town for a graduation and we booked this house for them. It’s very close to our house and was perfect. They’re from a big city so they absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet and space the home provided. The home owner was extremely responsive and kind. I would definitely book again :)
