I’m the owner of this unique apartment in Litho House — a lovingly restored heritage building that once echoed with music as a 1906 dance hall. Today, it’s a beautifully converted home in Littleborough, and I’m proud to welcome guests into a space with so much character and history.

As someone who splits time between the UK and South Africa, I’ve stayed in countless accommodations around the world — and I know how much it matters to feel both comfortable and connected. That’s why I take a hands-on approach with every property I manage. For Litho House, I’ve personally styled the interiors to balance heritage charm with modern comfort, making sure everything from the bedding to the lighting feels curated and cared for.

I especially enjoy hosting guests who appreciate the balance this location offers — close enough to Manchester for city visits, yet tucked into a quiet village rich in industrial history and natural beauty. Whether you’re in town for work, hiking the Pennines, or just taking a peaceful break, I want you to feel completely at home.

I’m always happy to offer local tips or answer questions before and during your stay. My goal is to offer more than just a key — I want each guest to experience a little of what I love about this space and the community around it.

You’ll find independent cafés, local pubs, canal walks, and some of the region’s best countryside trails — all just minutes away from the apartment. For hikers, Hollingworth Lake and the Pennine Way are close by. For culture seekers, there are galleries, live music venues, and heritage sites throughout the area.
