Apartment located in an excellent position just 300 meters from the center of Procchio and 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beach, partly free and partly equipped with bathing establishments. Procchio is a quiet and central location with respect to the island, very convenient for traveling in all directions to reach the most famous beaches of Elba and other locations. In the small center there are the main services such as bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.
The two-room apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a condominium and consists of a living room with a small kitchenette and sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. It has a TV, washing machine, parking space, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (available with a supplement), hairdryer, iron and fan. Possibility of having linen (sheets and towels) only with a supplement and upon reservation. Pets are not allowed. Groups of minors are not accepted.
