Located on the first floor, this well-appointed studio features a comfortable double bed dressed in crisp white linens and soft, textured throws, complemented by built-in storage and elegant integrated lighting. The sleek bathroom provides everything you need to refresh, with modern fittings and a clean, minimalist finish.
The open-plan living area combines functionality with style, making clever use of space to maximise comfort. The fully equipped kitchen boasts handleless cabinetry, quality appliances, and under-cabinet lighting for a streamlined, sophisticated look. Next to the kitchen, a natural wooden dining area is perfectly positioned by the window, creating an inviting spot for casual meals or remote work, flooded with natural daylight. A charming wooden desk setup completes the space, offering a quiet corner for reading or planning your London adventures.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
