• Please keep noise levels down 🔇 when using the garden 🌿 to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors.

• Book with the correct number of guests 👥. We adjust our prices for small groups, and an additional guest fee will apply. Please ensure you book the correct number of guests so we can provide the right amount of towels 🧴 and linens 🛏️ for your stay.

• Please treat our home with care 🏡 as if it were your own. If extra cleaning 🧹 is required after checkout, additional charges may apply. We may also charge for any damages 💔 or lost keys 🔑.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
If you are bringing a 9th guest, they will need to sleep on the couch.
