Welcoming our charming, newly renovated two bedroom house in the heart of Worcester. With free on-street permit parking for one vehicle, that sleeps up to 4 people!
Lower Chestnut House offers the perfect home away from home for a weekend break or a relaxing week-long stay.
This stylish and comfortable home is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay.

Popular with those travelling to work in Worcester temporarily, stopovers for long journeys and those exploring Worcestershire and the Malvern Hills.
With this central location you are not far away from Worcester Town Centre as well as Foregate Train Station (12 minute walk)
You are not far from the M5 at Junction 6 & 7.
You are close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions that Worcester has to offer, including the Worcester Cathedral, the Royal Worcester Museum, Worcester University, Worcestershire Royal Hospital and the Racecourse.
Cheltenham Racecourse is a 30 minute drive away.
The house is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
Living Room:
As you walk in the property, you are greeted with a Modern and Comfortable Living Area. Featuring two modern Sofaâs, a comfy chair, lamp & a TV on the wall.
There is a Smart TV for streaming apps, including ITVX, All4, YouTube and Netflix.
Please note the house has two different levels (Ground Floor & First Floor) these all include stairs to access.
Kitchen:
From the living room, you walk straight into the spacious kitchen that has a circular dining table, that seats up to 4 people.
At the back of the house, there are two seats to sit back and relax over-looking the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. All appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob & washing machine.
We also have a microwave, toaster and kettle all for you to use at ease.
Help yourself to the tea and coffee!
Bedroom 1:
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. At the front of the house is a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, mirror, a desk with chair & a hairdryer.
Bathroom:
Next to the master bedroom is the bathroom, it features a bath & a shower, toilet, sink & mirror.
Bedroom 2:
At the back of the house is another double bedroom, this features bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, mirror & a desk with chair. There are lovely views of the garden and the field too.
Garden:
Off the kitchen is the garden with a table, chairs & a BBQ that is perfect for summer evenings!
Parking:
There is on free on street permit parking for one vehicle during your stay - we require your car registration plate details sent to us 24 hours before check in.
Please note this is not a dedicated space and space may not always be found directly outside of the property. All of the surrounding streets are permit holder parking so parking can be anywhere in the permit areas.
