Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of âŹ3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of âŹ200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without authorization, a fee of âŹ200 per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our teamâs assistance to open the door, a charge of âŹ40 will apply after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) â the value will be provided upon consultation.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV packages of âŹ150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be charged the excess.
The tenant is required to allow the host's employee to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected.
