The charming market town of Reepham is surrounded by magnificent countryside between the Wensum and Bure Valleys, serving as a playground for keen outdoor explorers with plenty of tracks and trails waiting to be discovered on foot or by bike. Reepham Station, just a ten-minute walk away marks the beginning of the splendid Marriott's Way trail. Immerse yourself in hundreds of years of history while walking around the beautiful buildings in Reephamâs town centre founded in 1277, just a short walk away and home to many delightful local shops, excellent pubs, cafĂ© and sporting enthusiasts will enjoy using the tennis courts also just a stroll away. Hire a boat and navigate the famous Norfolk Broads from Coltishall just 14 miles away. Enjoy a traditional bucket-and-spade adventure at Cromerâs or Sheringham sandy beachs or book a boat trip to observe the local seal colonies at Blakeney, both miles away. Beneath the charming red brick exterior, youâll discover a sanctuary of charm throughout the open-plan layout of the ground floor, which extends from the large entrance hallway. Flooded with ample sunlight the contemporary style kitchen/diner will capture your imagination, inspiring you to whip up hearty breakfasts and delicious dinners with your local flavours. Step into the gallery area, where comfortable seating and a stylish bar area set the tone for relaxation, while bi-fold doors seamlessly connect the space to the lush garden beyond adding a touch of elegance and flow. Additionally, at the end of the kitchen youâll find a handy utility room on this floor. The first floor comprises a wonderful en-suite super-king-size bedroom that enjoys stunning views over the rear gardens, along with another super-king zip and link and one double that share a wonderfully peaceful ambience, and a stylish large family bathroom. The second floor boasts a final en-suite super-king-size bedroom with a fabulous balcony that frames picturesque views overlooking the landscaped gardens and across the rooftops of Reepham beyond. Make the most of this peaceful location by savouring a glass of something chilled on the patio area to the front of the house, a perfect suntrap with a table and two chairs provided.
