This charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom duplex accommodates up to 4 guests and spans 83 square meters. Located on the 3rd floor of a secure building without an elevator, itâs perfect for families and small groups. The nearest Metro station, Jussieu (Line 7), provides easy access to the rest of Paris.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, located on the upper level, features a comfortable sofa, chairs, flat-screen TV, and dining table. Due to its layout and stairs, the apartment is not handicap-accessible, and caution is advised for those with young children. High-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) ensures seamless connectivity for work or streaming.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential cookware. A clothes washer, drying rack, iron, and cleaning tools are also provided.
Both street-facing bedrooms have queen-size beds with quality mattresses and professionally laundered linens. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathtub and sink, while the second bedroom has an en-suite shower with a walk-in shower and sink. A noise monitoring device is installed at the entrance for security purposes but does not monitor private areas like bedrooms or bathrooms.
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of âŹ50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for âŹ50. Both can be provide for âŹ70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for necessary purposes, such as inspection, maintenance, or showings to potential renters. Entry will be with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Property viewings are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to âŹ800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to âŹ800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.

Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
