Villa Sea Garden is a charming 3 bedroom villa with stunning views of the open water from the upper terrace! Less than a 10 minute walk from the resort’s picturesque rocky cove, the villa is just one street back from the seafront in Calan Forcat with the lively centre packed with restaurants, bars, and shops. You’ll also find a popular waterpark nearby – perfect for family fun. Back at the villa, you can unwind by your private saltwater pool or enjoy a meal alfresco by the poolside BBQ and dining area. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Sea Garden is ideally positioned less than a 10 minute walk from Calan Forcat’s centre and its picturesque rocky cove. The resort offers a fantastic choice of bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as a waterpark and children’s play areas. You’ll also find a small sandy inlet, Cala Picas, within easy walking distance, while the larger beach of Calan Blanes is just over a mile away. If you fancy a change of pace, the historic town of Ciutadella is a short taxi or local bus ride away – perfect for a family day out!

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

Whilst the villa has 3 bedrooms, local regulations allow a maximum number of 5 guests in total (excluding infants under 2 years).
