Villa Doria

Lovely 2 bedroom villa located off the main Protaras road, just a short stroll away from the main strip with bars, restaurants and shops along the way. Or walk the opposite direction and within 10 minutes you are in Pernera resort. With private pool, WIFI and TV package for your entertainment. Sleeps up to 5 persons (4 adults only & accommodating 1 child on a camp bed).
A shrubbery area beyond the fence shields the pool and sunbathing areas from the road so it feels very private.

The space
Villa Doria is located on a small complex of villas with gated private parking. Suitable for families and couples only. Spacious outside area to sunbathe, swim in the private pool and dine off the gas bbq. There is an outside shower, sun beds with cushions, parasols and floats/toys. On entering the front door, you have the fully equipped kitchen on the left with everything you need during your stay. To the right is the guest WC. You then have the open plan dining area with table and 4 chairs, water cooler and patio doors leading to the outside covered area and onto the gas bbq and pool. Then walk through into the open plan lounge with comfy sofa with WIFI & TV package. A further 2 sets of patio doors lead out to the covered area and the pool & sunbathing areas.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one double with ensuite shower room and balcony and; one twin with 2 balconies. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes the top floor.
For children/infants, a camp bed can be provided for the twin room and a travel cot can be provided. Safety gate for bedroom door and highchair also available.
There is aircon throughout that aren't on timers so we do ask guests to use only when required. A welcome pack is provided for arrival.
Beds are freshly made and towels are for villa use only (please bring your own pool/beach towels).

Guest access
Guests can use all areas of the villa inside and outside.

Other things to note
WIFI and TV package is included in the rental rate.
Air conditioning, electric, gas bottle for BBQ and water is included in the price.
Arrival and departure times are set out but if I can accommodate earlier arrival times or later departure times, I will where possible.
