Villa Emma is a lovely vacation rental with pool located in Marsala, ancient town at the extreme western point of Sicily. The villa is just a few steps from a large sandy beach, so it is the perfect solution for families looking for sun, sea and sand.

Villa Emma has been recently built, it spreads over one level and is characterized by bright and well-proportioned interior tastefully furnished. It consists of a large living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which with en-suite bathroom, and a further bathroom.

Outside the villa is surrounded by a well-tended garden, veranda, terrace, solarium and a beautiful private pool which is 10x5 meters with a depth between 1.20 and 2.20 meters.

This cozy holiday home house comes is provided with all comforts such as: air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

Villa Emma is set in the ideal position for exploring the charming surrounding areas. In fact, the salt pans, the towns of Trapani, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo, and the Zingaro nature reserve are all a few kilometers away.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; from 11/07/26 to 21/08/26 changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 300 kWh per week (the extra consumption fee of € 0,80 per kWh is to be paid on the spot), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, bath towels and pool towels, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), cot.
Important note: At time of booking you will be required to pay separately the the tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights.
The pool is open from 28/03 to 03/11.
