South Barn is a contemporary three bedroom barn conversion located on Somerton Farm, near Cowes, on the Isle of Wight. This spacious property offers modern amenities in a rustic setting, making it ideal for family gatherings or group retreats.â

Layout: All on the ground floor, three bedroom, two bathrooms and spacious open plan living area.
Living Space: Open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, with induction hob, large dining area, and a separate utility room with a fridge freezer. Stunning farm land views.
Bathrooms: Two spacious bathrooms, one with a bath and wet room style shower, the other is a large shower room.
Sleeping arrangements include a mix of bed types: one king double, one double, and two individual beds, accommodating various group configurations. The space is equipped with modern conveniences such as WiFi, an iron, and a laptop-friendly environment, making it ideal for both leisure and business travellers.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the private garden, barbecue area, and outdoor dining space, overlooking the open field and the Medina area.
Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, ensuring peace of mind during your stay, with patio doors from each bedroom and the living area.
