Experience London living at its finest in our modern one-bedroom apartment located in the vibrant Bow area. This 550 sq ft space offers spectacular west-facing views that showcase stunning sunsets over the city skyline as well as free on-site private parking.
Perfectly connected to the rest of London, the flat benefits from exceptional transport links with 4 tube/overground lines nearby. Reach Canary Wharf in just 15 minutes, or enjoy a direct 35mins tube journey to Oxford Circus.
The space
• Living room •
The apartment features a spacious and light-filled open-plan living area that seamlessly connects the reception, dining space, and modern fitted kitchen - perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Step through the glass door onto your private balcony to enjoy the panoramic views and watch the city transform as day turns to night.
• Fully equipped kitchen •
The modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a kettle, knife set, cutlery, tableware, cooking utensils and high-end appliances, making meal preparation effortless. Cooking Oil, salt and pepper are also prepared for you.
• Expansive Bedroom•
The king-size bed ensures ultimate comfort, while the large built-in wardrobe provides ample storage. Bed linens are changed per stay.
• Luxury Bathroom•
The bathroom features a bathtub for ultimate relaxation and is stocked with essential amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, shower gel. Bath towels and face towels are also provided for your convenience.
• Building Amenities •
Mallard Point offers a premium living experience with 12-hour on-site security and dedicated concierge service, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and secure.
Guest access
Guests have the access to the entire apartment.

• Key Collection •
The key is kept at a KeyNest point close to the flat for you to pick up. The opening hours of the key service are:
Mon - Fri: 07:00 - 22:00
Sat - Sun: 08:00 - 21:00
Please be aware of the closing time while planning your trip.
Please note that a fee of £50 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
• Smoking Policy •
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but is permitted on the balcony. Thanks for understanding and helping me to keep the space enjoyable for everyone!
• Parking •
There is free on-site private carpark available. Please let me know in advance I will send you the instruction and key for car park. Please note that a fee of £50 will be charged for losing the key to the carpark--please be careful with them.
• During stay Cleaning •
As an individual host, I don’t offer cleaning service during your stay, but I can help coordinate a professional cleaner if needed (at your expense).
