A 6-bed apartment for vacation rental in Porto Cesareo on the second floor (penthouse) of a residence in a residential area, for relaxing stays just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Salento.
The four-room apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board. Parking is inside the property. Pets are allowed.

The four-room apartment stands on the top floor of a vacation home complex, reached by external stairs.
The house is introduced by a large covered veranda, which half surrounds it, furnished with table and chairs, perfect for spending time and relaxing outdoors.
The interior is simple and cozy. The entrance is into the living room with dining area and TV. Next to it are the kitchenette and a small laundry room. From the living room there is access to the outside, to the furnished balcony with partial sea view.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with single beds The Penthouse apartment is completed by 2 shower rooms, one of which is en suite to one of the double bedrooms.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The double bedroom with en suite bathroom also has a balcony with partial sea view.

Residence Le Terrazze is located in Colle Azzurro, just outside the center of Porto Cesareo, a scenic and quiet residential area that allows you to reach the sea in a few minutes.
The lively center with all commercial and personal services is about 2 km away, while the first equipped beaches are 700 meters away, along the stretch of coastline that joins Porto Cesareo to its most famous hamlet: Torre Lapillo.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
