- Please note that the apartment is on the first floor of a typical parisian apartment building with no elevator, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
- This home does not accept pets.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children.
- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place a fan in the bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- There is no storage space in the bedroom. The storage for guests is in the wardrobe in the hallway.
- There is no television in this home.
- The toilet room is located near the entrance of the apartment and is separated from the bathroom.
- Please note that the heating will be on only between mid-october and may, in line with ecological and environmental practices aimed at limiting energy consumption and reducing our carbon footprint.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking.
