On the lower floor, there is a further living space with dining facilities, a kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The interiors are an absolute dream with its modern structure and top-quality furnishings is one of a kind.

The outdoor area is even more attractive with its private terrace and the well-equipped pool area (shared) immersed into a fantastic garden, the pool is heated (26° free of charge).
