My husband and I stayed for 11 days for a mix of business and relaxation. The location is great, the property feels safe, and the apartment was clean and accurately reflected in the listing photos.However, check-in was frustrating as we were initially given the wrong entry code and were stuck in the hallway. Although the listing advised calling in emergencies, communication was limited to texting, which delayed resolution.While described as âfully stocked,â the apartment felt minimally equipped for a longer stay. Only a few coffee pods were provided, kitchen basics like measuring cups were missing, and the pots and pans were heavily scratched. We were given only two towels for an 11-day stay, and several maintenance issues were present, including a loose dining chair, wobbly shower rod, unstable shelving, a bent lamp, and a loud washer.I notified the host on the first day and sent photos, but communication remained minimal and the issues were not addressed during our stay.Overall, the apartment has strong potential and is in a desirable area, but improved communication, maintenance, and preparation for longer-term guests would significantly enhance the experience.
