The ground floor offers open-plan living; a gorgeous light and airy sitting room, with a bay window flooding in natural light, opens up in to a dining room with patio doors overlooking a sunny courtyard - perfect for an al fresco morning coffee or supper as the sun goes down - and a well-equipped galley kitchen with all the mod cons. On the first floor are three lovely bedrooms; one with a king-sized bed, one with a double, and the other with 2'6" bunk beds (suitable for children), all with Smart screen televisions. Just a couple of minutes' walk away are the many amenities of Cromer and one minute away is the bus stop. It even has a links golf course and a Movieplex cinema.
