Relax and enjoy this bright and spacious home over 2 floors in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and comfortable stay here in Cambridge. There is a fully equipped kitchen available for use, a private garden, and parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway.
This is the perfect base for couples, families, or small groups looking to explore or stay in Cambridge. Whether you're here to immerse yourself in the city's history, enjoy its vibrant culture, or simply unwind, this charming suburban retreat is the perfect base for your stay, with everything needed a short walk or drive away.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed with built-in wardrobe and drawers.
Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with built-in wardrobe and a dedicated workspace.
Third Bedroom: 1 x Small Double Size Bed and small wardrobe.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower. Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.
CHILLING:
Well-appointed open plan living/dining area, with a flat screen 48 inch Smart TV to select your favourite Streaming App or Local TV channel. Own account required for streaming. There is a dedicated working space in the Second bedroom, and a super fast wifi connection provided for free. Large private garden with outdoor furniture available to use.
EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine available for personal use.
PARKING:
Free parking is available in front of the house on the driveway with room for up to 3 cars, and there is free on-street parking available on the road in front of the house.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated just off Milton Road and close to the Chesterton High Street and Cambridge North station. There is a local convenience store (2 mins walk) and a Tesco Express (6 mins walk) nearby, and a local café (3 mins walk). The city centre is a short 10 minute drive and it is a short walk to the River Cam for scenic walks in either direction. The Cambridge Science Park and Business Park are only a 3 minute drive away.
There are Buses available at the end of the street taking you into the city centre and Cambridge train station. Our home is the perfect stay for all occasions, and a great base to take in the many local tourist attractions and colleges across Cambridge.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Superfast Wifi at 150 Mb
- Pets are not allowed
- Travel Cot is available in the property and free for families to use.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing pods, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
