Immerse yourself in the essence of this charming flat for 4 people, located in an exclusive complex that combines comfort and beauty in Playa Honda, Lanzarote, just a few minutes' drive from the beach. With terrace, communal swimming pool, solarium area with Balinese beds, barbecue area and large communal outdoor spaces that invite you to relax and connect with the good atmosphere of the island, where every corner has been designed for the enjoyment and well-being of our guests.
This charming flat for up to 4 people has been designed with a modern aesthetic and a decoration that has been carefully decorated down to the smallest detail, offering a sophisticated and cosy atmosphere. It has a bright open space that integrates living room, dining room and kitchen in perfect harmony. The living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, invites you to relax, while the dining area and the kitchenette kitchen have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are two interconnecting bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds, while the master bedroom has an elegant queen-size bed and wardrobe. Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, have ceiling fans to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
From the front door of the property, there is direct access to a terrace ideal for enjoying a good breakfast outdoors, direct access to the communal swimming pool, the barbecue area and other outdoor communal spaces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. In addition, for added convenience, the property includes a private outdoor parking space and 1G/s WiFi Fibre Internet connection.
With a privileged location, situated halfway between the capital of Lanzarote and the airport. Surrounded by kilometres of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes from the property and a quick connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.

The flat has a kitchen equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, microwave, iron, hairdryer, cot, high chair, towels, sheets and much more.
To access the accommodation, there is a small flight of stairs inside the complex.
The swimming pool, shared among the guests of the complex, has an air-conditioning system, maintaining an ideal temperature all year round (25-26 degrees). The opening hours are as follows:
Summer: 09:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs.
Winter: 09:00 hrs - 18:00 hrs.
The complex has two outdoor chambers, each pointing to one of the car parks.
An extra cleaning service is offered mid-term for stays of more than 6 days at an additional cost of 60âŹ.

Arrival between 22:00 and 23:59 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
