Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in the heart of Cremeno. Located in a historic residence, our eco-friendly apartment offers a comfortable stay with 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Explore the beautiful Valsassina Valley, just 20 minutes from Lake Como, and enjoy outdoor activities, local cuisine, and breathtaking natural beauty.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, features two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The recently renovated bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare meals.
The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of 4 apartments with a total capacity of 17 guests. The owners live on the upper floor. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood and avoid noise during nighttime hours.
Access to the ground-floor apartment is simple and hassle-free, with just a couple of steps to reach the entrance.

Strategic Location : Cremeno is an excellent base to explore both Lake Como and the Valsassina mountains. Located about 20-30 minutes by car from the lake, it allows you to enjoy the lake's beauty and water activities as well as mountain hikes and winter sports.
While we do not offer private parking, finding a spot is generally not an issue. There is a small public parking area right in front of the entrance. Alternatively, there are plenty of spots available within a 5-minute walk. Parking might be more challenging only during very busy days or special events. .
