This superb house is ideal for large groups, perhaps families looking to make memories together or friends celebrating a special occasion. Children and pets can romp in the garden and thereâs a games room for indoor fun. The great location is another bonus â the house is just 2.5 miles from Bude and its fabulous amenities. Head for Summerleaze Beach, a hub for surfing and water sports, where little ones can swim safely in the sea pool. You can hire a rowing boat or pedalo to explore the canal and, in the sand dunes above, The Castle Heritage Centre hosts exhibitions, art galleries, a cafe and a shop. Walkers can stroll out along the coastal path, while keen riders will want to try Broomhill Manor Riding Stables, 1.5 miles. The family attraction of the Milky Way Adventure Park is just 14.5 miles. offering a fun day out for all.
The detached house is finished in a sleek combination of white render and pale timber cladding, with dark-framed windows as a counterpoint. The kitchen/diner is another gorgeous room, with a bright and breezy coastal feel. Here the cook will have all they need for creating delicious feasts, including a range cooker and a food mixer. The breakfast bar for two is just the spot for a morning cuppa, and thereâs a long dining table by the window which seats ten for times you all want to eat together. Also on this floor are three of the five bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double and a zip-and-link twin (can be made up as a super-king-size on request at time of booking).
